Dan Tash ("we", "us") respects your privacy. We do not sell data. We do not trade lists. We collect only what is required to execute the Vulnerability Diagnostic and subsequent Node Deployment protocol.
02 // DATA COLLECTION
To process your request and deliver the technical analysis, we collect:
- Identity Data: Email address.
- Project Data: Campaign URL, monthly ad spend, and business metrics provided by you via the intake protocol.
- Transaction Data: Deposit and deployment history.
03 // PAYMENT PROCESSING (STRIPE)
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All financial transactions are processed directly through Stripe's encrypted environment. By authorizing a deposit, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
04 // DATA USAGE
Your data is used solely for:
- → Executing the diagnostic Vulnerability Analysis.
- → Engineering and deploying custom Yield Nodes.
- → Processing refunds (if the Algorithmic S.L.A. is triggered).
- → Internal accounting and legal compliance.

We employ aerospace-grade security principles to protect your campaign data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
