01 // THE PROTOCOL
Dan Tash provides custom-engineered "Yield Nodes" designed to optimize post-click performance and algorithmic alignment for Google Ads. The service is divided into two distinct phases:
Phase 00 (Vulnerability Diagnostic): A forensic technical diagnostic delivered via private video.
Phase 01 (Node Deployment): The engineering and deployment of a standalone, decoupled conversion node on the edge network.
02 // THE 45-DAY ALGORITHMIC S.L.A.
Telemetry Pass: We guarantee your live node will achieve a verified "Good" status across all Core Web Vitals (LCP < 2.5s and INP < 200ms) as measured by RUM telemetry within 45 days.
Algorithmic Upgrade: We guarantee keywords within our isolated Alpha Cluster will upgrade their "Landing Page Experience" to "Above Average" within the same window.
The Refund: If infrastructure fails to yield the math on either metric after refactoring attempts, the $13,500 build fee will be wired back to your corporate account in full.
03 // TURNAROUND & DELIVERY
The Diagnostic video is delivered within 24 hours of successful deposit and URL submission. Node Deployment is completed within 7 business days following authorization of Phase 01. "Business Days" refer to Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
04 // NO SALES OR ROAS GUARANTEES
We guarantee the mathematics of the auction, not the competence of your sales team or the quality of your keyword targeting. If your media buyer utilizes low-intent broad-match keywords or if your offer fails to convert human traffic, the Yield Node cannot mathematically overcome those structural deficits.
05 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Your Rights: You own the resulting video teardown and have a perpetual license to use the deployed Yield Node logic for your specific campaign.
- Our Rights: We retain all rights to the underlying architecture, Algorithmic Alignment Engines, and proprietary performance infrastructure used to power the node.
06 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Dan Tash be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our infrastructure. Our total liability is limited strictly to the fees paid for the specific deployment ($1,500 for Diagnostic, $13,500 for Deployment).

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
